The mission of Diego Gonzales Pictures is to make each client look their absolute best celebrating their finest moments. When you call upon me to book a photo or video session I will find a way to meet your creative goals because I love to collaborate. Whether you're a musician performing, looking to immortalize your furry best friend, throwing an unforgettable event, celebrating a momentous life experience, or need to show the world your best professional business or self, I will be there.
Once you contact me by email, phone or social media, we can book a time and location for your shoot. I travel anywhere in the local Los Angeles area North of Long Beach. Further travel requires a reasonable transportation expense we both will agree on.
A customary deposit of 20% will secure your time and include a consultation about your shoot. With deposit, you will have the ability to reschedule or cancel one time with 24 hours advance notice. Music video or feature film consultations are non-refundable regardless of rescheduling. Consultations can include all your questions about wardrobe, makeup options, location options, logistics, equipment, props, and what to expect.
Full payment is due upon delivery of digital and/or printed product. Unless otherwise agreed, digital photos are ready within 7 working days (usually sooner). Printing logistics and delivery are a function of the agreed upon 3rd party service. Most can be picked up next day after digitals are ready. Any special services are always available at reasonable and negotiable rates.
Photos come standard with watermark and full license and ownership to reprint, redistribute and publish. Watermark free work is available based on need, use, and possible extra fee. Just let me know what you need, and it can be added or removed at your agreed upon terms.
Photo packages come standard with digital enhanced resolution and any light retouches inspired by my artistic product in Adobe Lightroom. Print resolutions are included at individual request. Unless otherwise agreed, most photos are delivered via internet with a downloadable photo album. Three enhanced detailed retouched photos will be produced at client discretion. Additional enhanced detailed retouches can be purchased individually or by package. You may receive bonus time at your shoot, bonus/extra photos, extra retouches, or extra product at my discretion. (e.g., If I guarantee 10 high definition exposures of your musical performance, you may receive 50 or more. If you sit for an hour session for headshots, you may receive every exposed photo, 100 or more.)
